2. Services Offered

GetBestJob.in provides the following services to business clients:

• Workforce and candidate acquisition for delivery, gig, and field operations
• Candidate onboarding and KYC facilitation on partner platforms
• Contract staffing and bulk hiring services
• Telecalling and candidate engagement services
• WhatsApp communication campaign management
• Recruitment funnel analytics and reporting

We act as a workforce acquisition and activation partner. We do not directly employ the candidates we onboard unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website to submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any content without written permission
• Use the website in a way that may impair its performance or availability

4. Business Enquiries & Proposals

Submission of an enquiry form on our website does not constitute a binding contract. All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enquiry at our discretion.

5. Candidate Data & Platform Onboarding

When we facilitate onboarding of candidates on third-party platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.):

• We act as a vendor/partner of those platforms under our respective vendor agreements
• KYC verification and final approval remains the responsibility of the respective platform
• We do not guarantee placement or activation of any specific candidate
• Earnings, incentives, and payments to candidates are governed by the platform's own terms

6. Payment Terms (for Business Clients)

Payment terms, milestones, and revenue-sharing arrangements are defined in individual service agreements. In absence of a written agreement, all invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of P2 Enterprises / GetBestJob.in. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetBestJob.in / P2 Enterprises shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services
• Actions, decisions, or outcomes of third-party platforms regarding candidate approval
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from technical failures
• Any claim exceeding the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months
